Saudi, Iran and Iraq among OPEC producers to meet Russia in Istanbul talks: sources

DUBAI (Reuters) - Energy ministers from Saudi Arabia, Iran and Iraq will be among representatives of key OPEC producers meeting with Russia, which is not non-OPEC member Russia for informal talks next week on the sidelines of a major energy conference in Istanbul, OPEC sources said.
