French investigators refer Fiat Chrysler emissions case to prosecutor

PARIS (Reuters) - French investigators have referred carmaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) for possible prosecution over abnormal emissions of nitrogen oxide (NOx) pollutants from some of its diesel engines, the government said on Monday.
