TOKYO (Reuters) - Nissan Motor Co Ltd and Renault SA CEO Carlos Ghosn is set to receive a third salary after Nissan-controlled Mitsubishi Motors Corp on Wednesday approved the Frenchman as its chairman along with a tripling in compensation for board members.
