PARIS (Reuters) - French cosmetics group L'Oreal said on Tuesday it was buying three skincare brands - CeraVe, AcneFree and Ambi - from Valeant for $1.3 billion, in a cash deal which L'Oreal said would boost its U.S. revenues.
