EBRD rejects Russian challenge on investment freeze

NICOSIA (Reuters) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development said on Wednesday its shareholder governments had rejected a complaint by Russia that the bank's ongoing investment freeze in the country had breached internal EBRD rules.
