인터넷 서점 예스24가 네이버 피인수 보도에 대해 "인수를 제안 받은 바 없으며 사실이 아니다"고 밝혔다.

예스24는 18일 한국거래소의 '네이버 예스24 인수 추진설' 내용에 대한 조회공시요구(풍문 또는 보도)를 요구한데 대해 이같이 밝혔다.

이날 한 매체는 네이버가 이달 초 예스24에 인수 의사를 전달했다고 보도했다. 네이버는 한세예스24홀딩스가 가진 예스24 지분 50.01% 전량을 7000억원가량에 사들이는 방안을 제시한 것으로 알려졌다.

이에 예스24는 장중 주가가 2만400원까지 급등했으나 오후 1시5분 기준 주가는 전 거래일 대비 450원(2.77%) 내린 1만5800원을 기록 중이다.
